Northamptonshire Firefighters Set to Strike Again

Northampton Firefighters are to strike over pension age.

Northamptonshire firefighters will participate in a nationwide strike lasting five hours on October 19 from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM amid ongoing disputes regarding pensions.

The government is proposing that firefighters should continue working until the age of 60. Click here for more on this story.

It is important to remember that the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 states that you must carry out a sufficient fire risk assessment of your premises if you are the “ responsible person .” This requirement also applies to common areas of flats, HMOs, and buildings with shared staircases.

For a limited time, we can conduct a fire risk assessment at your premises starting from only £197.
